I haven’t been waking up at 6am anymore. I’m either over my jet lag or that mattress pad I got at Home Plus is really working wonders. I walked through this really nice park to school. Heather showed me it the first time, but the next time I tried by myself I got lost. Here are some pictures from it.

I only had 4 after lunch classes today luckily. The 4^th one was by far the most difficult. I would have continued the same lesson from the other 3 classes, but I couldn’t get the kids to pay attention to me, let alone look up at the front of the room. So, I had to resort to this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jpvuqj5nv6U . I’m actually a huge fan of doing the dance myself, but this actually gets them to look in my direction.

 

I really like these totem poles. They are in front of this culture center park type place.

I took another trip to Home Plus to get that meal I had gotten yesterday. I actually realized it is even bigger than I had thought before and there are 3 floors in the building. It is filled with restaurants, a book store, some little boutiques and more. I bought a pretty little pink flowered ring that I really like. I said ‘hello’ and ‘thank you to the girl in Korean and I think she thought I understood more. She was talking a lot to me in Korean and I was just looking at her and smiling and nodding. I have no idea what she was saying.

The escalators at Home Plus are actually ramps so you can bring your cart up the different floors. Pretty neat-o!
